Telephone helpline was very quick and…

Telephone helpline was very quick and Emma solved my issue right away. My confirmation email did not come through and the website kept opening up guest accounts so I couldn't figure out which was which. Online system a bit glitchy but thank goodness, the human customer service was great.

Quick response!

I booked my tickets, but then decided I’d prefer to sit somewhere else, therefore I sent a request form online about what seats I wanted to move to, and even though I received an automated email saying I will get a response within 10 working days. Michelle emailed me back within 40 minutes of my request and changed my seats to what I asked for. Very quick and smooth change, with no issues.

Booking tickets using theatre tokens

I was wanting to use theatre tokens to book tickets to a show and therefore was unable to do this online. The only slight issue was the nearly 30 minute wait to get through to someone but that did not detract from the excellent service I got from Paige when I got through. I knew which tickets I wanted from the online booking page and Paige was very patient when I was reading out the long numbers on the three theatre tokens that I was wanting to use. Brilliant service.

Access issue!

We were very concerned about seating due to a mobility issue that arose. Callum was extremely helpful in advising us about where we were sat - as well as being very polite, friendly, informative and fast at replying. We would have had to cancel without this info and now have no anxiety about attending :) Thanks Callum!

Great service on the phone with Emma

First time dealing with ATG tickets and the service from Emma was excellent. I had multiple vouchers that meant I couldn't book online, I called and spoke to Emma who talked me through everything, helped me with using the vouchers and booked the seats for me. Great experience.

Superb Customer Service!

I have been a member of the ATG Access Scheme for many years now and the level of customer service has always been outstanding. I called to book tickets today and received the usual exemplary standard of service from Kat. Outstanding customer service

Having booked tickets to see Hamilton over a year ago, a short notice commitment meant I was no longer able to attend the original performance. Madaline was really helpful in enabling a delay for a few weeks so we can see the show. Professional, polite and engaging she gave an excellent demonstration of what customer service really means. NHS Vs ATG+

I had booked tickets through ATG local heroes and was unable to link/log in to my ATG+ account so unfortunately had to pay the transaction fee. I contacts customer services and was contacted via phone call and email by Aoife who very kindly sorted it all out for me. Quick resolution and transaction fee refunded. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service from both Ryan and Jodie. Had to change my tickets due to personal circumstances and they were both friendly and helpful. Changed tickets like for like with a small admin fee, which was expected.

Great customer service

My confirmation email was not received. I initially reached out to atgtickets and emailed the UK location. Rachel was very polite and gave me the information I needed to get assistance from the correct place. I now have my confirmation email and my tickets! Very easy process with super polite customer service.

Show was good apart from one scene

Hi I thought the show was fantastic apart from one scene. I thought it was wrong that the Baron was touching the baroness boobs. It’s a show for kids and the whole scene where they were chasing, kissing and cuddling was completely unnecessary to show a young audience.

Quick and helpful service

Amazing Aladdin!

We had misplaced our e theatre tickets…

We had misplaced our e theatre tickets and I emailed ATG on Sunday evening. By the Monday, the next day, the issue had been resolved by Trish, who had emailed us back with the tickets on the email that we had booked from. I was very surprised and delighted by the quick and efficient response. Well done Trish!

I couldn't locate my e-tickets for an…

I couldn't locate my e-tickets for an event and used the help email link to raise a query. I received immediate response to advise they would be reissued within 24 hrs. Within 24hrs, true to the promise I had a lovely email from Trish. Very polite and tickets resent. Fantastic service, very impressed.

For some reason my etickets hadn't come…

For some reason my etickets hadn't come through even though they had been resent a couple of times. I phoned Jodie who checked my email address and also suggested we try another address. They came through straight away to my husband's email.
Jolie also informed me with the account number I would be able to get our tickets at the box office on the day.
I was worried after 3 attempts at resending the tickets I would lose them.
